Custom Roofing Services

 I launched Custom Roofing Services in 2024, inspired by my husband's ongoing dissatisfaction with his corporate job. He often felt trapped in a company more focused on acquiring new clients than genuinely managing the relationships with existing ones. On top of that, friends and neighbors frequently reached out to me for assistance with roof leaks and wind damage, which my husband willingly tackled as a favor. With over 30 years in the roofing industry, I encouraged him to start his own venture instead of dedicating his weekends to free work. When he shared that a client had suggested he go independent, it sparked an idea in me. His response, “Well, if you want a business, you go start one,” gave me the push I needed. So, I did.  

With over 25 years of experience in the predominantly male-dominated manufacturing sector, I was confident that my background in customer relations and my strong service-oriented mindset would enable us to deliver a superior experience for our clients. We prioritize clear communication and a hands-on presence, which is what homeowners and builders expect. 

 We’re not a large company, nor do we aspire to be one. Our mission is to deliver an outstanding roofing system paired with the care and service that are essential to our philosophy.
